The following outlines the terms of use for Website Design and Development, Website Maintenance, SEO, Speed Optimized, Chatbot, and Logo Design from Nishid Shajib.

Description of services

Nishid Shajib will provide website Support for the Client’s Website Design and Development, Website Maintenance, SEO, Speed Optimized, Chatbot, and Logo Design. Also will provide site including plugins, themes, and core software updates, backups, site optimization of the database, spam comment clearing, and regular security scans. The client acknowledges that these updates will be performed weekly throughout the month with no guaranteed date or time of service.

Disclaimer

Nishid Shajib will not be held responsible for any user caused errors or errors caused by poor administrative practices such as addition of conflicting plug-ins, editing or adding new code, etc, or web hosting changes.
Client understands and agrees that temporary interruptions of the services provided by Nishid Shajib may occur as a normal part of service. Client further understands and agrees that Nishid Shajib has no control over Client’s web host or any third party networks Client may use in the course of the use of this site or our services, and therefore, delays and disruption of such networks are completely beyond our control.
Client understands that all web hosts are different and that all of our services may not work with every host setup. If settings on Client host server change during Client account period with us, that may affect our services.

Payments

Fixed Price Project: The client Will be receive an invoice from Stripe. And the client must pay 50% before starting any project. And the remaining 50% will have to be paid after the completion of the project.
Monthly or Yearly: After the discussion about the project, the client will get a subscription invoice to the mailbox from Stripe and after buying this subscription. We will start work.
Payments will be automatically charged each month or year on the date of sign-up. The client may cancel the subscription at any time. All services will end upon cancellation.
Note: If need any additional services you must need to add an additional cost.

Governing Law

Nishid Shajib does not make any warranty, express or implied, and the Client specifically waives any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Nishid Shajib be liable to Client or any third party for any damages, including but not limited to any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate the website even if Nishid Shajib has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
